Founder Profile – Lucy Jeffrey
Lucy Jeffrey is a Kenya-Canadian entrepreneur and business executive with a distinguished, multi-sector career spanning education, banking, media, and enterprise development. She began her professional journey as a high school educator in Kenya before transitioning into the banking sector, where she advanced into leadership within the card business division. Following her relocation to Canada nearly two decades ago, she continued in financial services with TD Bank, further strengthening her expertise in banking and client-focused solutions.
Today, Lucy is a recognized entrepreneur and the founder of multiple business platforms supporting licensed professionals across legal and financial sectors. She also serves as a television host in Canada, using media as a platform to elevate business conversations and professional visibility. Her cross-border experience and leadership reflect a unique blend of operational discipline, strategic vision, and global perspective, positioning her at the forefront of diaspora-driven investment and development initiatives.

Meet Our interior designer & project director
Project Director – Agnes Irungu
Agnes Irungu is an accomplished interior designer and project management professional, leading design and execution through her company, Elegant Deco & Interior Design. She brings a strong corporate background, having worked with international companies and previously serving as an HR Director in the travel industry, which adds a refined global perspective to her work. Agnes is known for her hands-on approach and exceptional attention to detail, personally translating design concepts into fully realized spaces. She sources furnishings and finishes both locally and internationally—often traveling abroad to ensure that every element aligns precisely with her original design vision—delivering a true luxury experience for her clients.
Beyond interior design, Agnes is also an experienced landscaper and business owner, bringing a holistic approach to both indoor and outdoor environments. As Project Director, she oversees the full development process, coordinating contractors, quantity surveyors, engineers, electricians, and plumbers, while managing approvals with county authorities. Her leadership ensures seamless execution, quality control, and alignment across all aspects of the project, making her instrumental to the successful delivery of Golden Horizon.

Her passion for helping small business owners and advice by Lawyer Bassam Lazar led to the creation of something new and different. We celebrate our members daily on social media. We ask our members to share with us what’s new and positive in their businesses so we can give them a shout out.
